Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager located in Islamabad. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent customer service levels. The role will also require the Hotel Operations Manager to provide training and support to staff members to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Operations Management skills
- Experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with training and developing staff members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in managing a hotel or hospitality business is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Urdu is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
