Job Description
Enterprises is looking for a motivated HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team and provide vital administrative support. This role will encompass recruitment assistance, onboarding of new employees, record maintenance, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail, reporting directly to the HR Manager at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment activities and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support payroll processing tasks.
- Manage employee benefits inquiries and administration.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; degree in HR preferred.
- Previous administrative or HR experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
