Job Description
We are seeking an experienced on-site HR & Admin Manager based in Gajumatta, Lahore. This full-time, in-person role operates Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing via market contacts and agencies.
- Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, personnel records, and policy administration.
- Oversee office administration: procurement, vendor relationships, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as government liaison for documentation, statutory compliance, and labor law adherence.
- Support management reporting and daily operational needs.
Requirements: proven HR/admin experience, a strong recruitment network, familiarity with government departments, excellent communication and documentation skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask independently.
