Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support our engineering consultancy. The role includes coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will also manage office supplies, schedule meetings and interviews, and represent the company at corporate events and exhibitions.
- Experience: Fresher to mid-level preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities; fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Schedule & Location: Full-time, Monday–Saturday; DHA, Karachi
