Job Description

Think Higher Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Associate to play a vital role in our team. This full-time position involves managing office supplies, organizing confidential documents, preparing reports, and coordinating recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will also design onboarding processes, develop HR initiatives, and ensure a positive workplace environment.

Ideal applicants should have proven experience in administrative and HR roles, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
