Job Description
Position Title: HR and Admin Executive
Experience Required: 2-3 Years
Location: DHA Phase 1
Key Responsibilities:
· Process payroll timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
· Manage employee leave records, including vacation, sick leave, and other absences.
· Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
· Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and equipment.
· Order and replenish stock as necessary to ensure the availability of essential items.
· Supervise janitorial staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises.
· Schedule and assign cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
· Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, liaising with relevant service providers.
· Manage office documentation, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence
· Maintain and manage the petty cash fund, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
· Process petty cash disbursements and reimbursements following company policies.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best terms and value for the company.
· Maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
· Strong understanding of HR functions, practices, and labor laws.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality.
