Job Description
Hamsol is excited to announce a full-time HR Assistant position aimed at enhancing our employee recruitment process. The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job descriptions.
- Conduct pre-screening calls.
- Perform job analyses.
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
