Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our regional team and handle a variety of HR-related tasks to ensure alignment with overall HR objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance to employees and managers.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team at Head Office to support regional recruitment efforts and ensure a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all new employees are properly onboarded and integrated into the company culture.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to support career growth and enhance skills within the organization.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of HR.
Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Min 05 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR operations and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
