Job Description
Service Transport Company is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to aid in the development and execution of HR programs and systems. In this full-time position, you will engage in recruitment efforts, oversee the hiring process, and monitor employee performance and attendance metrics.
Your responsibilities will also include providing guidance on disciplinary matters, maintaining effective communication with staff, and ensuring precise documentation of employee records.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
