Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, part of The Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating our internal databases with new employee information, screening resumes and application forms, and scheduling interviews with candidates. Additionally, the role includes posting and updating job ads on various platforms, preparing HR-related reports, addressing employee queries, and distributing company policies. Participation in organizing company events and career days is also expected.
