Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role aids in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, addressing employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies, and preparing HR documentation.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. Prior HR experience is a plus, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail is essential.
