Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Female HR Assistant with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and data management software is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings and recruitment processes.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain HR documentation including job descriptions and policies.
- Support payroll processing and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Note: This is not a remote job.
Timings: 6 PM to 2 AM
Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 60,00.00 per month
