Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating with university placement offices for relevant resumes.
- Develop employee branding through social media.
Employee Onboarding:
- Develop a smooth onboarding experience for employees.
Employee Engagement:
- Execute employee engagement activities through internal communication of employee birthdays and anniversaries, awareness sessions & communication calendar.
Employee Records:
- Responsible for maintaining a detailed record of employee database and ensuring all records are up to date.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field of study from a reputed/HEC approved university.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
