Job Description
6 onsite hours a week (2 days, 3 hours per day)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR generalist in with a finance & banking company or startup
- Hands-on with recruitment and payroll
- Native or bi-lingual fluency in English
- Know-how of using HCM software and payroll management systems is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment
Key responsibilities:
- Devising HR policies
- Sourcing, hiring and onboarding new talent
- Issuing employment contracts and offer letters
- Managing payroll
