Job Description
MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Business Consultant to join our team. As an HR Business Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing strategic human resources support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting HR assessments, developing and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough HR assessments and analyzing business needs.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with client objectives.
- Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assessing talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Assisting with workforce planning and succession planning.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources consulting is required.
