Role Description
We are seeking an HR Business Development Executive with experience in developing and managing new business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships for Employee Surveys & Assessments to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in HR management solutions and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives
- Experience in market research, analysis, and strategy development
