Job Description
Absolute Resource Management Pvt Ltd., a leading HR consulting firm in Karachi, is expanding its operations and is in search of a dynamic and client-oriented HR Business Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in HR services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Present and finalize tailored HR solutions to meet client needs.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and a collaborative team player.
