Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Business leaders at Tkxel, providing expert guidance on HR practices. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business objectives by collaborating with business leaders.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Identify talent gaps and create recruitment and development plans.
- Advise on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Lead performance evaluation and development planning processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Develop HR policies to support business goals.
- Analyze HR data for actionable insights and prepare reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in Talent Management.
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices and laws.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
