Job Description
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a fluent understanding of Human Resources in multiple domains. They should possess excellent organizational skills to establish and maintain relationships with Local/Global business partners/stakeholders and be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with stakeholders/business partners
- Strong team player
- Well versed in handling challenges in multiple HR domains/processes
- Maintain and develop a talent pipeline for current/future positions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- 3-5 years of HR and Technical Recruiting experience
- Flexible work timings (12pm – 12am, 9-hour shift)
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet tasks
