Job Description
The Kashif Iqbal Thalassemia Care Center is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR & Compliance Officer. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and adhere to the regulations set forth by the Sindh Healthcare Commission while effectively managing Human Resources responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Guarantee compliance with SHCC standards and regulations.
- Facilitate recruitment processes and foster positive employee relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and compliance, preferably within the healthcare sector.
