Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing profiles, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the ERP.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
Employee Relations:
- Support employee relations activities by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communications.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related matters.
Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support the HR team in conducting audits and assessments as needed.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs and activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Track employee training records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
