Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Gather and organize HR data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation processes.
- Develop data dictionaries and metadata.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR data analysis experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel.
