Job Description
About the Role
This position is part of the Group HR Data & Analytics team at Oxford University Press, reporting to the UK-based HR Data & Analytics Manager. Responsibilities include providing data, reporting, and analysis to HR colleagues worldwide, managing HR data in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS, and supporting the transition to automated processes.
About You
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics, 2-3 years of business intelligence experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Skills needed: Understanding of systems and databases, ability to handle confidential data, and attention to detail.
