Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee recruitment, employee development, and performance management initiatives. You’ll shape our workplace culture and ensure HR practices align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee performance reviews and feedback.
- Develop and enforce HR policies.
- Lead recruitment from sourcing to interviewing.
- Identify training needs and enhance development programs.
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Location: Block 13-C, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
