Job Description
Arksbay Solutions is on the lookout for a proficient HR Operations Expert to lead our HR functions while ensuring adherence to Pakistan’s labor regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leave policies, overseeing the employee lifecycle, coordinating payroll, and upholding HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee compliance with employment contracts and workplace regulations.
- Administer leave policies and employee benefits.
- Enhance HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters to improve employee experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of HR operations experience, and a strong understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Rs100,00.00/month | Location: On-site in Islamabad Dha Phase-II
