Job Description
Aura Studio, a rapidly expanding organization, is in search of a skilled and experienced HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, streamlining recruitment processes, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits.
- Address employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Facilitate training initiatives and assist in performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month | Location: In-person
