Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage the employee lifecycle from hiring to termination at Diligenttek. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and a strong understanding of HR-related laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing HR policies and managing recruitment processes
- Maintaining employee records and managing compensation packages
- Conducting performance evaluations and addressing employee relations issues
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws
Shift: Night (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 4, Karachi.
