Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR (or related field)
Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in HR documentation, payroll processing, and recruitment
- Previous experience in a Digital Agency environment is preferred
- Proven track record of recruiting technical resources, including:
- Performance Media
- Web development
- Creative managers
- Content writers
