Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment cycle and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

- HR Policies: Assist in developing and updating HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Support goal-setting and employee development for both employees and managers.
Requirements:
