Job Description
HR Force International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee benefits administration
- Assist in HR policy and procedure development
- Manage employee relations matters
- Collaborate on training and development programs
- Participate in performance management processes
- Conduct exit interviews and separation documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Proven experience in HR executive roles
- Strong understanding of HR functions and laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is a plus
