Job Description
Nix-Soft Technologies is seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Additionally, you will support onboarding and offboarding processes, handle general administrative duties, manage office records, and generate HR reports for management. The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
