This role is responsible for support to HR operations, talent acquisition, and other HR areas.
Goals:
- To ensure end-to-end talent acquisition
- Employee record-keeping
- HR operational activities
Your Typical Day at Work:
- Recruitment process end to end which includes:
- Getting approvals verification for the job post
- Reviewing job description
- Job posting
- Shortlisting profiles
- Scheduling interviews
- Documentation process and making sure to be placed online
- Onboarding process
- Operational tasks:
- Managing employee documents
- Managing the database for employee personal data and contact information
- Workday & local systems account and accesses
- Rolling out announcement email
- SIM activation
- Employee card processing
- Employee clearance process
- Process automation and assigned project deliveries

Experience And Qualification:
- Minimum graduate from a reputed institute
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR basics and processes
- Ability to negotiate and build partnerships with vendors
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cost optimization
- Proficient in using relevant software for booking and scheduling
