Job Description
Active Solutions is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to become a key member of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job criteria and identify potential candidates.
- Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and organize assessments.
- Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Compile and maintain HR reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR; 1.5–3 years of HR experience. Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 9 PM). Location: Gulistan e Jauhar, Block 14. Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month.
