Job Description
The Ranking Geeks is excited to invite a motivated HR Executive to our office located at TRG Office, Sutlej Ave, Block B1, PGECHS, Lahore. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 80K PKR.
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
Walk-in Interviews: 8 PM – 10 PM
Preference: Male Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct walk-in interviews and lead recruitment events
- Manage the complete recruitment process
- Maintain and update HR records and reports
- Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a call center or BPO environment
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred
