Job Description
Ultimate Buildmart is looking for a committed HR Executive to enhance our daily HR and administrative functions. This pivotal role ensures seamless internal processes and effective employee management. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, maintaining employee relations, managing HR documentation, and facilitating office administration and facility management to boost operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will manage recruitment activities, keep accurate employee records, assist in payroll preparation, track attendance, and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
