Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR professional with a strong background in finance and proficiency in QuickBooks Online to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage the applicant tracking system.
- Onboard new hires and manage employee relations.
Finance Expertise:
- Process payroll using QuickBooks Online and maintain employee benefits records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and generate HR-related reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.
