Job Description
HRIS is collaborating with a renowned healthcare service provider to fill the General Manager, HR position. This senior role will directly report to the CEO and be responsible for strategic HR functions including Staffing, Compensation, Training, Budgeting, Employee Relations, and more.
Requirements include an MBA (HR) / MPA with 10-15 years of experience, including 5-7 years in a senior management role. Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is preferred.
