Job Description
92Techno is on the lookout for a dedicated Female HR Generalist to enhance our team in Lahore. This is a full-time position with office hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete hiring process.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Facilitate training programs.
- Support performance management initiatives.
- Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.
Salary: Approximately Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
