Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and supporting our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting interviews and orientations.
- Administer performance evaluation programs and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
