Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our growing team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in several human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Managing employee relations, including addressing conflicts and employee concerns.
- Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
