Duties and responsibilities:

• An HR Generalist is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines.
• Creating a recruitment plan and calendar based on operation and sales projections.
• Generating official internal documents like offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
• Developing onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies and internal procedures.
• Maintaining physical and digital employee files, benefits, and attendance records.
• Creating employee engagement plans and leading related activities with budget approval.
• Collaborating with vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards.
