Position: HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and execution of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR databases.
