Job Description
Nimir Group is actively seeking a talented HR Generalist to become a part of our team in Sheikhupura. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary starting at Rs80,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of the Performance Management System.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Candidates must reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Sheikhupura prior to starting work.
