Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is actively looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities and have a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement organizational guidelines.
- Propose employee motivation strategies.
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints.
- Facilitate development and performance management.
- Manage employee orientations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
