Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join Senew. In this role, you will manage various HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple HR disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, recruitment lifecycle, and employee benefits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate on training initiatives and conduct exit interviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with 2+ years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and excellent communication skills.
