Job Description
Role Summary:
The HR Generalist at Zeta Technologies will be responsible for overseeing the company’s compensation and benefits programs, payroll processing, HR record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of HR experience, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS. Location: I-9 Islamabad. 10 positions available.
Job Specifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Finance
– 2-5 years of compensation, payroll, HR Operations experience
– Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS knowledge preferred
– Experience in IT/Telecommunication industry a plus
