Job Description
Provox Global Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to become a vital part of our Human Resources team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in daily HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Help organize activities that foster employee engagement.
- Assist in the performance management process.
Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and a commitment to confidentiality.
This is a full-time, on-site position with shifts from 6 PM to 2 AM.
