Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR department in maintaining smooth policies and procedures. Your attention to detail is vital for keeping accurate employee records and assisting with HR activities.
Responsibilities:
- Gather payroll data and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Address employee queries regarding benefits.
- Review and distribute company policies.
- Help organize company events and career days.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program.
- Strong interest in HR and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
