Job Description
The incumbent will assist the recruitment operations team in optimizing and streamlining the recruitment process. This role focuses on improving recruitment efficiency, supporting administrative tasks, managing data, and ensuring smooth coordination across various recruitment functions.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Manage job requisitions in the recruitment system.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment-related documentation.
- Manage internal recruitment dashboards and reporting systems.
- Support candidate experience initiatives for a positive journey.
- Assist in ad-hoc recruitment operations tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage large data volumes efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
