Job Description
Are you passionate about building a strong company culture and supporting a talented workforce? Xgrid is looking for a driven and organized HR Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and conduct initial screenings.
- Help with new hire paperwork and HR data entry.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and employee inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations.
- Stay informed about labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and policy improvements.
- Help maintain a positive company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for HR and willingness to learn.
Bonus points:
- Experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and working in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Duration: 3 months
Monthly Stipend: PKR 35,00
